FEEDBACK

Shoppers are encouraged to provide feedback on the Merchants/Sellers that they have traded with. Shoppers will receive an e-mail about a week after they receive their purchase. It will ask them to rate the Seller/Merchant and or make a complaint to the Seller/Merchant. Complaints will be forwarded to the Seller/Merchant for resolution/response. If a shoppers complaint is not resolved and is verified by USave– it will appear on the Seller/Merchants rating and feedback record. This gives the shopper more power than if they purchased their goods in a store. Wouldn’t it be great if at the entrance to every “walk in” shop you could see the Merchants rating and past customer comments?

You will be asked to rate the Seller/Merchant by using one of the following symbols:

Positive Neutral Negative

YOUR ACCOUNT

USave.co.nz uses pre-paid accounts. Fees you incur on the site are deducted from your pre-paid account. After you pay your signup fee you will be a member.

Commissions are deducted from your pre-paid account when an item you are selling sells in the New Products section or the Garage Sale section. Items are considered sold when the shopper clicks “Buy Now” in the New Products section or when the bidder wins the auction in the Garage Sale section. It is free to list your items, however if you wish to promote your item as a featured product, then promotional fees are deducted from your pre-paid account when the listing is placed.

You need to keep a positive balance in your account. If your account has a negative balance you cannot place new listings or use other features that require money until you credit your account.

You cannot use the funds in your account to pay for goods you have purchased.

You can make payments to your account by Credit or Debit Card online. $10 is the minimum amount you can top up your account.
